Our offices and distribution centre are located in the historic Smithfield Market area of Dublin 7. We are a short walk from Smithfield Luas stop on the Red Line, and there is pay-and-display parking available on Smithfield Square. If visiting, please note that our warehouse is behind the main office entrance at Unit 12.

We deliver to all 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland. Our delivery fleet operates from our distribution hub in Dublin and uses a network of regional depots to cover the entire country. Deliveries run Monday through Saturday, and you can choose a morning time slot between 7am and 12pm during checkout. Rural areas may have slightly different delivery windows, which will be confirmed when you enter your Eircode. All subscription orders include free delivery, and one-off orders over €50 also qualify for free shipping.

Yes, absolutely. Once your box is prepared for the week, you will receive an email notification showing the planned contents. You then have a customisation window of 48 hours to swap items. Starter plan members can swap up to 2 items per delivery, while Family and Premium plan members have unlimited swaps. You can also set permanent dietary preferences in your account (such as excluding certain allergens or indicating vegetarian preferences), and we will respect those choices automatically each week.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, exit penalties, or minimum commitment periods. To pause, simply log in and select the weeks you want to skip. For full cancellation, navigate to the subscription settings section and follow the prompts. Changes need to be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to take effect for that week. We stand behind the quality of every item in your box. If any produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or below the standard you expect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can email [email protected] with a brief description and, if possible, a photo of the item. We will issue either a full credit to your account for the affected items or arrange a replacement in your next delivery, whichever you prefer. We use this feedback to continually improve our quality control and packing processes.

The majority of our produce is certified organic through the Organic Trust or the Irish Organic Association. A small portion comes from farms that use organic and sustainable growing methods but have not yet completed the full certification process, which can take several years. Every product listing on our website clearly indicates whether it holds formal organic certification. We are committed to transparency, and each box includes a provenance card that tells you exactly which farm grew each item in your delivery.

We love that you want to share the Tilamora experience. Yes, you can order any of our boxes as a one-off purchase without setting up a subscription. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's delivery address and add an optional gift message. We also offer dedicated gift cards in €25, €50, and €100 denominations, which let the recipient choose their own boxes and delivery schedule. Sustainability is central to everything we do. All of our packaging is either compostable or recyclable. Our boxes are made from FSC-certified recycled cardboard, inner linings are compostable cellulose film, and our insulation (for items that require chilling) is made from recycled wool. We never use single-use plastic. We also run a box return programme where our drivers collect empty Tilamora boxes on your next delivery for reuse. Each box can be reused up to five times before it is recycled, which significantly reduces our environmental footprint.
