Each week, your online account will display the default box contents based on what is freshest from our partner farms. Starter plan members can swap up to 2 items from our available alternatives list. Family and Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited swaps and can build their box almost entirely from scratch. You will receive a notification every Wednesday showing your upcoming box, and you have until Saturday evening to make changes before we pack it on Sunday for Monday or Tuesday delivery. If you do not make any changes, we will send the default selection, which is always curated by our produce team for the best seasonal variety.

Absolutely. Every plan allows you to skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription for up to 8 weeks at a time. Log into your account, navigate to your delivery calendar, and select the dates you want to skip. Changes need to be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. If you are on an annual billing plan, any skipped weeks are credited to your account and extend your subscription accordingly. There are no fees or penalties for pausing, and your preferences and customisation settings are saved for when you resume.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. The cancellation takes effect immediately, though any delivery already being prepared will still be shipped. For weekly billing, you simply stop being charged from the following week. For annual billing, we offer a pro-rata refund for any unused weeks remaining on your plan. The refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not require you to call us, send an email, or go through any hoops. It is two clicks in your account dashboard.

We deliver to all 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland. Our delivery network operates from hubs in Dublin, Cork, and Galway, with routes covering everywhere from major cities to rural townlands. When you enter your Eircode during sign-up, we will show you your available delivery days and time windows. Most areas have at least two delivery days to choose from. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, though we are actively working to expand our coverage there in the near future.

We take quality extremely seriously, and while it is rare, occasionally an item may not meet our standards by the time it reaches you. If this happens, simply take a photo of the affected item and submit it through the "Report an Issue" button in your account, or email us at [email protected]. We will either credit your account for the value of that item or include a replacement in your next delivery. Reports need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your box. Our quality team reviews every report and uses the feedback to improve our packing and quality control processes.

The majority of our produce comes from farms that hold organic certification through Organic Trust Ireland or the Irish Organic Association. However, we also work with a small number of farms that follow organic or regenerative practices but have not yet completed the formal certification process, which can take several years. Every item in your box is labelled with its origin farm, and certified organic products carry the EU organic logo and Irish Organic Trust mark. If you want a fully certified organic box, you can set this as a preference in your account and we will only include certified items.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Plan changes take effect from your next scheduled delivery. If you are on weekly billing, the new rate applies immediately. For annual subscribers, we calculate the difference between your current and new plan and either charge the difference or apply a credit to your account. Switching between plans does not affect your delivery schedule, customisation preferences, or any accumulated credits. Many of our members started on the Starter plan and moved up to Family as they discovered how much they enjoyed the weekly deliveries.
